Motor’ is a label for occasional, experimental wines in small batches. To quote Francesc, Motor is the R&D of 4 Kilos, a line of wines under the same name which allows us to investigate new and old ways of vinifying using different materials clay, wood, cement in the search for the Mediterranean identity of our terroir. The viticulture is described as organic, rational, minimum intervention. These are entirely unsulphured, and are fermented about a month in small local clay vats before ageing in larger cement tanks for a while.
