A Telleira Godello Ribeiro 2021 is a white wine from Finca Reboreda, a family estate in Galicia, Spain. The wine is made from 40-year-old Godello grapes grown on the estate’s mid-slope, in a vine block called “A Telleira” that’s near the site of a former clay tile facility. The wine is described as having a light gold color, medium-plus body, and medium-plus acidity. It has a fragrant bouquet of grapefruit and quince with hints of lime zest, and flavors of ruby grapefruit, crushed stone minerality, lemon verbena, ginger, and saline. The wine is said to have a dry, refreshing, and lengthy finish, and some recommend pairing it with fish stew or pan-seared halibut.
