Nose – Sweet, caramelized oak and pepper-like heat that tingles the nostrils. Nothing unusual or remarkable. Smells like a nice bourbon. The nose becomes much richer after a few sips.

Palate – Heat hits the front of the palate momentarily and quickly dissipates, but the proof brings with it substantial flavor that you can savor. Pushing it around your mouth a little bit seemingly gives it an oily viscosity and lovely mouth feel.
