The tequila has a rich amber color and a multi-layered palate of sweet oak, butterscotch, and vanilla. The horsehead decanter is a luxurious display. The word “cabal” comes from the Spanish word “caballero”, which means gentleman. The horsehead is inspired by the Charreria and horse culture in Jalisco. Tequila is a distilled beverage made from the blue agave plant. It is typically 40%60% alcohol by volume. Aejo tequilas are aged between 13 years in oak barrels. Extra Aejo tequilas are aged 3 years or more.
