Soil types vary, but both have granitic and gravelly loam components. A generous ros with savoury and almost salty qualities. In the style of the Mouvedr ros wines of Bandol.
Vinification: The fruit was destemmed and spent between four and five hours on skins before being pressed. Wild fermentation and maturation occurred in a combination of stainless steel and seasoned oak barriques. The wine rested for 11 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
