Flor de Trois Rose is a blend of two grape varieties with an original ratio for a Rose wine. We added Castelo and Cabernet Sauvignon in proportions of 70 and 30%, respectively. In this combination, we sought to combine the typicality of Castelo, assuming it as the grape variety that best adapts to our region, with the complexity and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. The final product is a wine with personality, aromas of forest fruits and a very present vegetal note. It is fresh, vibrant, very gastronomic and ideal for hot summer days.
