Linden Leaf #88 Organic Molecular Gin 500ml

Founded by three Cambridge scientists and engineers with a passion for food and drink. One evening over a gin and tonic, they were talking about how molecular gastronomy has revolutionised taste combinations in food. This started them thinking about how to make better extracts from herbs, spices, fruit and vegetables. Linden Leaf spirits are crafted and tuned at the molecular level, allowing to isolate the most delicate notes from the nest ingredients whether wild, seasonal botanicals foraged from around Cambridgeshire, or rare spices sourced from the far side of the world, all rigorously certied organic.

#88 Organic Gin is complex, perfectly layered with a very long flavour profile. It has 88 molecular notes from 28 exotic botanicals including fresh Buddha lemon, calamansi, watermelon, bergamot and shiso. High notes of lemon zest and blossoms, through middle notes of pine and juniper and finally a warm, rich base of berries and citrus peppers, with hints of winter spice. Perfect sipped over ice or in a classic cocktail such as Dry Martini or a more “citrusy” cocktail such as Gimlet.
