A different take on the rose. Nebbiolo juice fermented and matured in our flor infected barrels. The flor veil protects the wine over the year it spends in barrel. Flor yeast feed on the various alcohols in wine and in return protect the surface for other neer do wells that would otherwise spoil the wine.
An added benefit is this fortifies the wine to oxidation and we dont have to add any preservative. Consider it a light red filled with beautiful red fruits and flowers with an intriguing complex savoury salty seasoning.
