Our Sheffields Very Dry Sherry has a salty nut, citrus and toast aroma, followed by flavors of dried apricot, almonds and preserved lemon which creates a dry and crisp finish balanced by slight nutty character. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or add to a cocktail such as an Adonis, along side sweet vermouth and an orange peel, or a Bamboo cocktail along with dry vermouth, angostura and orange bitters and a lemon twist.
