Our new release Pinot Gris this wine has gorgeous aromatics and lifted tropical notes, with a textural palate and zesty, fresh finish. This wine is created using wild fermentation techniques, meaning 100% indigenous yeast then partially fermented in older French oak barrels.
Sealed with a screwcap to ensure the integrity of the product, you can be confident that this wine will continue to reward you with careful cellaring.
