Sourced from a dear gentleman named Eugenio who runs Swan Valley family estate, Vino Italia, this ros is made from Grenache. Hand harvested, de-stemmed and left with skins on for a day, it is then basket-pressed straight to amphora and oak. Once dry, our Yokel Ros is blended then aged in a large concrete egg called a Bacon before being bottled with just a kiss of sulphur.
